Agnes is an illustrator from the Netherlands. Her work covers a wide variety of subject matter, never backing away from heavier topics, but always shining a light on the little, kind things that make life worthwhile.

Working from a studio in Utrecht, the Netherlands, Agnes likes to play with our expectations and shows a world filled with quirky people, sassy pets and vintage atmospheres.
Approaching every subject with her light-hearted and colourful drawing style, she’s done a lot of different projects over the years varying from (picture)books to editorial magazines and promotional artwork.
When she’s not drawing, she loves to make music; she’s a singer and bass player in multiple bands. She’s also a dedicated thrifter, a big movie fan and a boardgame geek. She lives together with her boyfriend and her cat ‘Snoes’ (loosely translated as sweetie).
Her clients have included Workman Publishing, Flow Magazine, Quadrille Books and KLM, among many others.
